Helping find meaningful employment
Because employment is an ultimate goal of the Transitional Housing Program, an array of counseling services are provided for each Program participant. As needed, each client will be guided in securing meaningful employment; such guidance includes proper workplace attitudes and attire, conflict resolution techniques, communication, and interview skills.
