Case Management

Ongoing encouragement and support

Program participants are matched with a case manager who meets regularly with residents to set weekly goals, review goal achievement, resolve any problems, and provide ongoing encouragement and support while on their journey to rebuild their life.

Transitional services help address the most pressing issues for those who are progressing toward self-sufficiency; examples include employment searches, independent living arrangements, restoring driving privileges, resolving IRS issues, seeking GED or other training, child support arrearage, etc.
